We are seeking a small number of founding households who align with the long-term vision of PermOasis Retreat.

This application helps us understand:

- Your goals
- Your timeline
- Your interests
- Your skills and experience
- How you may contribute to the future community
There are no perfect applicants.

We are not searching for identical families.

We are assembling a resilient founding ecosystem where different strengths complement one another.

Some applicants may bring agricultural experience.

Some may bring trades, business, healthcare, education, technology, hospitality, or wellness expertise.

Others may simply bring a strong desire to learn, contribute, and help build something meaningful.

What matters most is alignment with the vision and a willingness to participate in creating something larger than any one household could build alone.

What Happens Next?

1. Complete Your Application
Share your background, interests, goals, and vision.
2. Submit Your Founding Review Deposit
A $250 CAD deposit is required to enter the review process.
3. Application Review
Applications are reviewed individually based on alignment, readiness, contribution potential, and overall community fit.
4. Founder Interview
Qualified applicants will be invited to a Founder Interview.
5. Next Stage Discussions
Selected applicants receive access to additional documentation and future planning discussions.
6. Lawyer-Managed Acquisition Process
Accepted founding households proceed through the formal legal process.

Your Commitment Is Protected

We believe a process like this should be approached with transparency, professionalism, and respect.

Review deposits support the legal, administrative, planning, and coordination work required to organize the founding group and conduct applicant reviews.

Applicant commitments are handled through a structured review process designed to protect serious applicants while the founding group is assembled.

If PermOasis Retreat is unable to proceed with the founding homestead offering, funds will not be retained.
