Our Heroes in Love “LIVE” Wedding Market Experience combines a wedding planning and shopping event, a styled photo shoot, and an actual garden wedding honoring a selected local hero couple.

Hosted once each quarter, this gathering brings together engaged couples, our Petals of Hope Survivor Garden Artists, and local wedding and event professionals for a day of inspiration, connection, and celebration.

We invite you to apply to become our next featured Heroes in Love couple!

Before You Apply

Please review these important details:

• Required participation contribution: $3,500.

• Initial payment: $350, credited toward your total, due upon acceptance and signing your agreement.

• Remaining balance: $3,150, paid in scheduled monthly installments before your wedding.

• Maximum of 50 invited guests.

• Up to six hours of private celebration time AFTER the public portion concludes. The public wedding market, ceremony, and congratulatory toast do not count toward your six hours.

• Rehearsal access the day before or day of your wedding, scheduled in advance.

• Setup and breakdown of included package items are provided. Removal of your personal belongings is your responsibility.

• You purchase your own food and all alcohol. Bartending service is included.• Event liability insurance with at least $1.5 million in coverage is required, purchased separately by you.

• Participation includes a public ceremony, styled photography, filming, and promotional media.

Why We Host Heroes in Love

We host these experiences to welcome engaged couples into our Wedding & Events gathering garden and help them imagine their own celebration at Where 2 Or More Gather.

These events also create opportunities for our Petals of Hope Survivor Garden Artists and local wedding and event small-business owners to sell their handcrafted creations, floral décor, baked goods, and other products; book their services; and showcase their talents in an actual wedding.

Participating artisans and wedding professionals donate or significantly discount a selected product or service for our featured Heroes in Love couple. Together, their contributions create a meaningful celebration while supporting survivor entrepreneurship and local businesses.

What Wedding Market Attendees Experience

Engaged couples visiting the market can:

• Tour our garden ceremony and celebration spaces.• Meet preferred wedding and event professionals face to face.• Taste food and desserts and sample signature mocktails and cocktails where offered.• Shop handcrafted products and discover personal touches for their wedding.• Explore vendor displays and see styled wedding details come together.• Receive event-only discounts and special product offers from participating businesses.• Witness our featured couple’s actual wedding ceremony and join a congratulatory toast.

How Your Wedding Experience Unfolds

Planning your celebration

Our Garden Wedding Planners & Coordinators will meet with you to create a personalized mood board, plan your ceremony, and coordinate the participating vendors.

We will arrange a styled photo shoot highlighting the products, services, and creative talents contributed to your wedding.

Your rehearsal

You will have access to the ceremony space for a rehearsal the day before or the day of your wedding. The rehearsal date, time, and duration must be arranged in advance with our planning team and are subject to venue availability.

The public wedding market and ceremony

During the public portion, visiting engaged couples will explore the market, meet vendors, taste, shop, and stay to witness your “I do.”

Following your ceremony and congratulatory toast, our team will guide market attendees through a separate exit.

Your private celebration

Once the public portion concludes and market attendees have departed, your up to six hours of private celebration time begins.

You and your maximum of 50 invited guests can enjoy poolside cocktails, dinner, your reception, and dancing in the designated celebration space beside the checkered lawn and boutique, according to your approved event plan.

The public wedding market, ceremony, and congratulatory toast are additional to—not deducted from—your six hours of private celebration time.

Your written agreement will confirm the complete event timeline and departure time.

Your Guaranteed Heroes in Love Package

The following items are included in your $3,500 participation package and will be documented in your agreement.

Garden Venue, Planning & Coordination

• Garden space for the public wedding ceremony.• Up to six hours of private celebration time after the public portion concludes.• Use of the poolside gathering area and designated dance and celebration space according to your approved event plan.• Rehearsal access the day before or day of your wedding, scheduled in advance.• Planning meetings with our Garden Wedding Planners & Coordinators.• A personalized wedding mood board.• Ceremony planning and wedding-day coordination.• Coordination of participating vendors and the styled photo shoot.

Venue space for your reception and dinner is included. Food and catering are purchased separately by you.

Setup & Breakdown

Our team will handle setup and breakdown of venue-provided furnishings, house décor, and included wedding elements as specified in your agreement. Our planners will also coordinate participating vendors’ setup and breakdown responsibilities.

This does not include packing, transporting, storing, or removing your personal belongings.

Please designate someone to collect your gifts, attire, personal décor, and any other items you bring, and remove them by the departure deadline in your agreement.

Your Choice of ONE House-Flower Experience

Choose one:

○ Floral décor for one ceremony arch.

○ Five house-flower table centerpieces.

○ House-flower aisle décor.

○ A Bloom Bar featuring house flowers and small keepsake vases.

Our team will use available seasonal house flowers with your preferred color palette in mind. Specific varieties and exact color matches are subject to availability.

Additional flowers, bouquets, boutonnières, arrangements, or upgrades are separate unless confirmed as donated in writing.

House Décor & Signage

Use of available house décor and existing signage is included.

Personalization, custom signs, additional floral décor, and specially purchased or rented items are separate unless expressly included in your agreement.

Fresh-Floral Couple’s Cake

A couple’s cake decorated with fresh flowers is included.

Additional cake servings, cupcakes, desserts, and other food for your guests are purchased separately unless a participating vendor confirms a donation in writing.

Bartending Service

Bartending service is included for:

• A welcome sparkling-wine toast or “Sip-cuterie” wine toast.• Two signature drinks.• Beer and wine service.

The agreed service hours will be stated in your package agreement.

You purchase all alcohol, including sparkling wine for the toast, beer, wine, and spirits for signature drinks.

Your beverage plan will specify quantities to purchase and responsibility for mixers, nonalcoholic beverages, ice, garnishes, drinkware, and other bar supplies.

Wedding Website & RSVPs

A personalized digital wedding website and online RSVP collection are included to help you share your wedding details and manage your invited guest list.

Photography, Video & Digital Wedding Magazine

You will receive the final photographs, videos, and digital media created and delivered by our participating media team for your wedding, including a digital wedding magazine featuring you as our Heroes in Love couple.

Your agreement will specify coverage hours, deliverables, delivery timing, and personal-use rights. Raw footage, unedited files, and copyright ownership are not included unless expressly agreed.

Honeymoon Resort Accommodations

Our gift includes an eight-day, seven-night honeymoon resort accommodations stay, subject to the resort program’s availability and booking terms.

You are responsible for exchange charges, taxes, and required fees, currently estimated at $250–$350 for the week. Final charges must be confirmed before booking.

Airfare, transportation, meals, and other travel expenses are not included. Resort options, restrictions, expiration dates, and any additional mandatory charges will be provided for review before you commit to the package.

ADDITIONAL VENDOR GIFTS & DISCOUNTS

Our planners will seek additional donated or discounted products and services that complement your vision. These may include:

• Wedding gown and tuxedo.

• Hair and makeup services.

• Guest experiences and entertainment.

• Welcome signs and decorative displays.• Additional flowers.• Catering, desserts, or other wedding services.

These additional contributions are not guaranteed.

A vendor’s donation may cover only the ceremony or styled photo shoot. Reception services, extended hours, personalization, upgrades, and additional quantities may require payment.

You will receive the scope and any additional costs for approval before an optional service is booked. Only contributions confirmed in writing should be treated as included in your wedding package.

Your Food & Beverage Responsibilities

You are responsible for purchasing your own wedding food and all alcohol.

This includes appetizers, reception meals, guest desserts beyond the included couple’s cake, sparkling wine for the toast, beer, wine, and spirits.

Our planners can help coordinate arrangements and explore participating vendors’ discounts.

Food and beverage samples offered at the public wedding market do not replace catering for your invited guests.

Any donated food or beverages must be confirmed in writing.

Required Contribution & Payment Schedule

Our participating businesses generously donate or significantly discount selected products and services. However, Heroes in Love is not a fully paid wedding.

The guaranteed package requires a $3,500 participation contribution.

Initial payment: $350

Due after selection when you sign your participation agreement. This is 10% of the total and is credited toward your $3,500 contribution.

Remaining balance: $3,150

The remaining balance is divided into required monthly installments over the agreed payment period before your wedding.

Your written agreement will identify each installment amount, due date, and the final payment deadline.

For example, a six-installment schedule would require $525 per month after the initial $350 payment.

Insurance, food, alcohol, optional upgrades, and items outside your written package are separate expenses.

Submitting this application does not require payment or reserve a date. Participation is confirmed after selection, a signed agreement, and receipt of the initial payment.

Cancellation, postponement, refund, and missed-payment terms will be provided before payment is collected. No representation is made that the participation payment is tax-deductible.

Required Event Insurance

You must purchase event liability insurance with at least $1.5 million in coverage and submit proof by the deadline in your agreement.

Budget approximately $250 as a planning estimate. Actual premiums and available coverage vary.

Our team will provide the required coverage details, insured names, applicable rehearsal and event dates, and any alcohol-related coverage requirements before you purchase your policy.
