Your measurements

Hand length: measure from the wrist crease at the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger, with hand flat and fingers straight.
Hand length instructions: Keep your hand open and flat, with fingers straight and together. Measure in a straight line from the wrist crease at the base of your palm—the crease closest to your hand—to the tip of your middle finger. Measure to your fingertip, not to the end of a long nail. Choose the hand you measured and use the same unit for both measurements.

Circumference at band position: locate the ulnar styloid on the little-finger side of your wrist, measure 3 cm (about 1.2 inches) toward your elbow, and wrap a measuring tape around your forearm at that point, snug without squeezing.
Circumference at band position instructions: Use the same arm as the hand selected above. Find the small bony point on the little-finger side of your wrist (the ulnar styloid). Measure 3 cm (about 1.2 inches) from this point toward your elbow—just a little below the wrist bone. At that position, wrap a flexible measuring tape once around your forearm. Keep it level and snug against bare skin, without squeezing. Enter the distance all the way around in your selected unit. The illustration is a placement guide, not a ruler.
