TripRank Creator Agreement
This agreement is between 11X App Studio D.O.O. (“Company”) and the undersigned creator (“Creator”).
Creator will create and post short-form content promoting TripRank - Speed Tracker app. Content must follow guidelines provided by the Company. Creator agrees not to share any internal materials (content bank, strategies, group chats, etc.). Creator is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company.
Rate: $0.50 per 1,000 views
Minimum: 1,000 views (otherwise no payment)
Tracking period: 7 days from posting

To qualify for payment, content must clearly feature or promote TripRank – Speed Tracker, follow provided guidelines, and be approved by the Company. The Company has sole discretion over content approval, view count, and payment eligibility. All views are determined exclusively by the Company’s internal systems and are final. Creator may not use bots or artificial methods to inflate views. Payments will be issued via a payment method approved by the Company.
Creator agrees to keep all posted content live and publicly accessible for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of posting.
Removing, deleting, or significantly altering the content before this period ends may result in forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and/or repayment of amounts already paid for that content. The Company reserves the right to monitor content availability during this period.
The Company has the right to use Creator’s content for ads, marketing, and promotional purposes, including paid advertising. The Company may repost, distribute, edit, modify, and repurpose content across any platform or channel. Creator grants the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all content created under this agreement, including the Creator’s name, likeness, and social media handles, and waives any right to inspect or approve such use.
If the Creator creates a new account primarily for posting TripRank content, the account is considered owned by the Company. Creator agrees to provide the Company with full access to the account, including login credentials, immediately upon request. Creator may not sell, transfer, or restrict access to such account. Failure to comply may result in: forfeiture of unpaid earnings, and/or repayment of amounts already paid
Creator agrees not to create, promote, or participate, directly or indirectly, in content for any competing app or service, whether paid or unpaid, during the collaboration and for 6 months after it ends. “Competing app” includes any app or service that offers similar functionality or targets the same use case as TripRank. Violation of this clause may result in: forfeiture of unpaid earnings, repayment of amounts already paid, and potential legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal fees.
Either party can stop working together at any time. Company may withhold payment for violations of guidelines or breach of agreement. The Company may immediately terminate this agreement and void any unpaid earnings in the event of a breach.

This agreement is governed by applicable law. Continued participation after any updates communicated by the Company constitutes acceptance of those updates.
