UK Private Practice Pulse 2026/7

What is it really like to establish and run a private counselling or psychotherapy practice in the UK?

This anonymous survey explores how close practitioners are to the private practice they would ideally like, what is working well, and what most needs attention.

The survey takes approximately two to four minutes.

As a thank-you for contributing, you will be able to request a complimentary copy of the Sentia Compass Starter Workbook after submitting your response. The workbook is a practical, reflective resource designed to help counsellors and psychotherapists consider the direction, sustainability and development of their private practice.

Any contact details provided to request the workbook will be collected through a separate form and will not be connected with your anonymous survey answers.

Please do not include the names of clients or any identifying client information.
