JazakiAllah kheir for your interest in joining us for the Sisters' Retreat to Sri Lanka. Please be sure to fill out all the required information correctly. Any issues that may arise due to inputting incorrect information will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
Please Note: Form details are reviewed before you can secure your place in the retreat. If approved and there are still spaces, you will be contacted and booking and payment will need to be made within 12 hours of receiving the invitation.
Before submitting your application, please ensure that: ✓ You meet the retreat's age requirement (18+, or under 18 if accompanied by your mother or female guardian). ✓ You either do not require or are eligible to apply for a Sri Lanka Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for your nationality.
✓ If choosing to fly transit, you meet any transit visa requirements applicable for your nationality. ✓ Your passport meets the required 6-month validity requirements for travel.
✓ Your QID (if Doha resident) meets the required 3-month validity requirements for travel for this retreat. ✓ You either already have adequate health insurance and/or will obtain travel ensurance before travelling if your application is accepted.

If you do not meet these requirements, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a place on the retreat.
