I need the committee to pair me with a local business host.

I understand that I am fully responsible for the curation, setup, and execution of this program if selected by the committee to participate in Huntington Art Week 2026.

I confirm that my program can be fully realized within the $200 maximum stipend.

I am available to host my program during Huntington Art Week (March 9th - 15th, 2026).

I understand that I retain full ownership of my program proposal. Huntington Art Week agrees not to utilize or execute this program concept without my express permission. I grant the review panel permission to view this proposal for evaluation purposes only.
