OPB Nutrition Kickstart Questionnaire


I do NOT want to count macros/calories or weigh all my food

I have never counted macros, but would try

Counting macros is all I have ever known, so I am nervous about trying something different (but am open to it)

I would like a full nutrition program with a meal schedule and what foods to eat

I would like to start small, focusing on 1 or 2 things at a time

I don't need a coach, but want all the info

More freedom around amount of food and timing of meals

More specific/regimented amounts of food and timing of meals

I do not think I would prep ahead of time (I would make my food daily at each meal)
