Key Responsibilities: - Create pool and outdoor-living layouts using real site dimensions and constraints. - Produce Structure Studios models and renders and maintain organized revisions. Qualifications: - Hands-on pool design using Structure Studios Pool Studio or Vip3D. AutoCAD, SketchUp or Lumion alone does not satisfy this requirement. - Precise technical drafting and experience with residential pool or outdoor-living layouts. - Ability to work the stated US Eastern schedule full time.
