Social Media & Communications Coordinator
You are the voice of Be A Neighbour online. You manage our social platforms, write our monthly Community Intelligence Reports and newsletter, draft open letters when the community needs to hear from us, and keep our content calendar moving. This role suits someone who loves writing, understands social media, and can communicate with warmth and clarity. Roughly 6 - 10 hours weekly.
Creative & Media Coordinator
You bring our stories to life visually and audibly. You work with other team members to produce and edit episodes of The Mosaic Podcast, create graphics and campaign visuals that match our brand, and film and edit short-form video content for social media. You also maintain our asset library so everything is organized and accessible. This role suits someone with hands-on experience in audio, video, or design. Roughly 6 to 10 hours per week, heavier around weeks where we release pdocast episodes.
Community & Partnerships Coordinator
You are our eyes and ears in the community. You represent Be A Neighbour at events and community tables, build relationships with partner organizations and local businesses, and help coordinate field logistics for outreach and campaigns. You are comfortable talking to people, showing up in rooms where you do not know everyone, and following through on relationship commitments. Roughly 5 to 7 hours per week, more during campaigns.
