Session 2 · Vision · Voice · Value Worksheet

Your nine words are a declaration — not a personality test, not a branding exercise. A statement of who you are, how you move in the world, and what you give to the people you serve. Everything built in this program traces back to these words.
PART 1 · YOUR NINE WORDS — Transfer your three chosen words from each category.

Vision Word 1 (Cause)

Vision Word 2 (Cause)

Vision Word 3 (Result)

Value Word 1 (Cause)

Value Word 2 (Cause)

Value Word 3 (Result)

Voice Word 1 (Cause)

Voice Word 2 (Cause)

Voice Word 3 (Result)

PART 2 · THE VETTING — What did the vetting reveal?

For each word you chose, your coach asked: why this word? You may have changed a word during this conversation. Capture what surfaced the real meaning behind each word.

PART 3 · THE FLOW CHECK — Look at all nine words together.

Do these words feel like they come from the same person?

Is there a word missing?

What do all nine words add up to? Not the positioning statement yet — just the essence. What is the throughline?

PART 4 · YOUR POSITIONING STATEMENT — Four prompts. One statement. Do not edit as you go — capture what is true first.

P1 — What do you fundamentally believe about the people you serve and the work you do? Look at your Vision words — what do you believe about where they are going?

P2 — How would someone describe the experience of being with you? Look at your Voice words — what is it actually like to be in your presence?

P3 — What does the world look like for someone after they have experienced what you do? Look at your Value words — what has actually changed for them?

P4 — Now write it. One to three sentences. Your belief, your presence, your promise. Don't edit yet — write what is true.

PART 5 · THE REFLECTION

Is this the business you are currently building — or the business you are now committing to build? There is no wrong answer. But there is an honest one.
