Photos should be recent, high-resolution, and in focus.

Preferred: Everyone should be dressed modestly and appropriately for a church directory.

Digital photos preferred (JPG format, at least 300 DPI or high quality).

I hereby grant permission for my family’s photo and information to be included in St. Mary Parish Vermilion Photo Directory. I understand the directory is for parish use only and will not be sold or distributed outside the parish community.
