Right now, we are looking for a passionate In-House Short-Form Content Creator who mastered or fully understands the science of 'Hooking.' We need someone who knows the exact formula to grab the viewer's undivided attention within the first 3 seconds and keep them watching until the very end.

📌 Key Responsibilities

· Global Hair-Transformation Content: Produce creative and highly engaging short-form videos focusing on hair transformations, routines, and honest reviews targeting global audiences (TikTok Shop, TikTok Organic, and IG Reels). (You will manage official brand accounts, not your personal ones!)

· Data-Driven Content Iteration: Analyze video performance and sales data daily with the team to instantly tweak hooks, visual angles, and editing styles for maximum virality.

⏰ Work Conditions

· Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (At first, monthly rolling contract with potential for long-term extension based on performance).

· Work Hours: Minimum 4 hours per week (We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your university or personal schedules).

· Location: In-person attendance required at our office located in Seoul.

💰 Compensation & Incentives

· Competitive Base Pay: 13,000 KRW per hour.

· Performance Incentives: Uncapped earning potential based on content performance and sales data.

· Real Earning Potential: In the past year, our top-performing creators have earned up to 25,000,000 KRW in a single month combining base pay and incentives. (This figure represents high-end historical performance and is not a guaranteed base salary.)
