THE AGREEMENT
By signing below, you're agreeing to the following terms for your 2-week role as a Jiveocity Campus Ambassador. Plain English. No legalese.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Promote Jiveocity on your campus, get friends to download and check in, distribute stickers/postcards we mail you, post 2-3 organic IG/TikTok stories, send weekly feedback.
WHAT WE'LL PAY: $150 base (paid $75/week). $5 per verified active user, capped at $250. $25 per referred ambassador who completes the program. $100 chapter lead bonus if 3+ of your referrals all complete. Maximum total: $575+.
ACTIVE USER DEFINITION: Someone who signs up using your referral link AND checks in at a real location at least twice during your 2-week period. Fake or inactive users don't count.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: You're a 1099 contractor, not an employee. You're responsible for your own taxes. Either of us can end the contract at-will.
DON'T: Fake users, pretend to be a Jiveocity employee, post anything illegal/harmful under our name, or speak to press/partners on our behalf without checking with us.
YOUR CONTENT IS YOURS: Your IG/TikTok posts belong to you.
You must be 18+ and currently enrolled at a college or university.
