Publicity Consent Form

We love to celebrate the achievements of young people who have completed the KEY+ Challenge by sharing their stories, photos or videos in our marketing materials. This may include, but is not limited to, social media, case studies, brochures and videos.

In line with the Data Protection Act, we will not share your information with third parties without your consent. You can request to see any information we hold about you at any time.

If you're under 16 a parent or guardian must also give consent. Consent remains valid until withdrawn in writing and does not affect any materials already published. You can view examples of our promotional materials or withdraw consent by emailing theteam@thekeyuk.org

Note to Key Facilitator: You must verbally explain this form to the young person you are supporting, so they understand what they are agreeing to.
