Confessions 

Over the past few years, life has taught me that the answer to most things is confession. 

Confessing to the self, to the trees, to loved ones, and to God. 

Every time the weight of my shadow seemed too much to carry, I let someone I trust see me in my darkness, and it transformed into light. 

I have been thinking a lot about confessions over the past few years. About being seen. 

I've been confessing a lot, but I still hold a lot of secrets I am not ready to confess yet. 

There's nothing more powerful than fully being seen. 

Seen in our desire, in our fears, light, darkness, lust, and shame. 

This is a project I am very passionate about, as it has been the most transformative part of my healing journey and something  I will continue to work with. 

This project is an offering to taste the medicine of confession.

An offering to everyone who is willing to partake in the ritual of being seen, and to myself. 

The goal of this project is to help everyone liberate themselves from shame and from fear.

To see and hold each other's parts of ourselves that we are trying to hide. 

To give love to the parts we are too ashamed to share with another soul

To embrace and accept the parts we tell ourselves make us unlovable 

All confessions will be published completely anonymously.
