I understand that Spa Therapy reserves appointment times specifically for each client. To respect the time of both the providers and other clients, I agree to the following:

I will provide at least 48 hours’ notice if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment.Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service fee.Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a 100% service charge.I understand that repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

We will send text reminders 48 hours in advance for your convenience. A valid payment source may be required to hold your appointment.
