FoldLabs High School Summer Internship Application

This official application is for the six-week FoldLabs high school summer internship in protein design and computational biology. It is open to students entering junior or senior year after the summer. The application remains incomplete until a parent or legal guardian submits the separate Parent/Guardian Consent Form.
