By submitting this registration, I, the participant, understand and agree to the following terms: Not a Medical Service: I understand that Weave Your Essence (including group somatic circles and 1:1 sessions facilitated by Nicole) is a holistic wellness and somatic integration service. It is designed purely for stress relief, self-discovery, and creative group interaction. It does not constitute medical advice, psychological counseling, psychiatric therapy, or clinical diagnosis.Professional Care: I understand that this service is not a substitute for professional medical treatment, physical therapy, or psychiatric care. I am advised to consult a qualified medical professional for any physical or mental health concerns. Physical Participation: I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in light physical movement and am doing so at my own risk and pace.Release of Liability (Indemnity): I hereby wave, release, and completely discharge Nicole (the Facilitator) and Heavenly Healing Sanctuary (the Venue) from any and all claims, demands, injuries, liabilities, or recourse arising directly or indirectly out of my participation in this session.

Securing Your Ribbon: Because space is strictly capped at 8 Weavers per group circle, your ribbon and time slot are only locked into the calendar once proof of payment (EFT) is received. EFT Payment Procedure: To protect personal banking data, our financial details are not listed publicly. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full session credit to use for a future date.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or "no-shows," are non-refundable and non-transferable as your spot cannot be refilled at short notice.
