Hiring for RocaSports!

Roca is growing its sports team. We are hiring for the following two roles:
Fall 2026 -- Sports Videographer-Editor Intern (starting October 1st, 2026)
Summer 2027 -- Sports College Videographer-Editor Intern (starting June 1st, 2027)

Company Description: 

Roca's mission is to capture the world without bias or fear. Started by three friends in 2020, Roca reaches millions every day across our app, Instagram, YouTube, and Substack

Role Description: 

RocaSports is building the next great on-the-ground sports documentary channel. We're looking for people who love sports and documentaries. You'll travel often, work long hours, and hit tight deadlines. If that's not what you want, don't apply. If it is, apply ASAP.

Sports Videographer/Editor: You'll shoot and edit mini-docs for our Sports YouTube documentary channel. The job: travel for shoots with one of Roca's journalists, film the trip, and turn the footage into great YouTube mini-docs.

Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced news environment and willingness to work on weekends

- Genuine curiosity

- Interest in sports and sports documentaries

- Passion for Roca's mission

- Previous experience in video production, filming, and content creation is beneficial

- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to relocate to NYC

- Journalism degree is not required
