Pelangi Partners, a company separate from Le Mas de l'Olivière, does your shopping and leaves it at the mas before you arrive. Tell us freely what you would like to find on arrival: fresh produce, groceries, drinks, cleaning products. Your list must reach us at least 48 hours before your arrival.
This form is a request, not an order: we reply by email with the estimated amount, service fee included (flat fee of €25 incl. VAT per order), and we only do the shopping once you have agreed. Payment is made by secure payment link or by card at the end of your stay. Delivery to Le Mas de l'Olivière only.
Pelangi Partners, a French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, registered office 4387 route de Jouques, 83560 Rians, France, registered with the Draguignan Trade and Companies Register under number 913 756 532, is the controller of this data. It is used to process your grocery request and, if you confirm it, to carry it out and invoice it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, then performance of the contract. Retention: until the end of your stay if the request is not followed up; if you place an order, invoicing records are kept for ten years, as required by accounting law. Your answers are hosted on our behalf by Tally, a company established in Belgium, and stored in Europe. They are neither sold nor disclosed to Le Mas de l'Olivière. New-response notifications, sent to Pelangi Partners by email, pass through SendGrid, a Tally provider established in the United States; this transfer is covered by the safeguards in Tally's data processing agreement (European Commission standard contractual clauses). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object and to data portability, which you may exercise by writing to contact@pelangipartners.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).
