Top Coat Studio Rental

Our fully equipped recording studio is available for independent recording sessions, songwriting, and music production.

Please answer a few quick questions so we can make sure the studio is a good fit for your session.

Rehearsals, events, parties, and other non-recording uses are not permitted without prior approval. If you're interested in using the space for one of these purposes, please let us know in your application so we can discuss what's possible.

First-time renters must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session for a complimentary studio orientation. This orientation is required and does not count toward your paid rental time.
