Living with gastroparesis or another motility disorder means that eating - something most people never think about - can become the hardest part of the day. Nausea, vomiting, early fullness, bloating and pain can make every meal a decision, and bad weeks can end in the emergency room. Treatment options are limited, dietary advice is often a one-page handout, and many people feel they have to work it out on their own.
Practical, personalized support with meals, fluids, nutrition and medication timing may help some people manage these challenges — but most people with gastroparesis don’t have simple, personalized day-to-day tools to help them do that.
That’s what we’re building at KeepnAI: a friendly, easy-to-use AI app designed to give people personalized, day-to-day guidance on eating, nutrition, hydration and medication routines — working alongside, not instead of, their healthcare team.
To build something that truly fits the needs of people living with gastroparesis and related conditions, we want to hear from you first. We would like to learn about your experiences, the support you currently receive, and what kinds of additional support, if any, would be useful to you.
This survey should take approximately 8–10 minutes. Participation is voluntary. You may skip sensitive questions where an option to do so is provided.
Please do not include your name or other identifying information in your answers. Your responses will be used to inform product research and development. This survey is for research into support needs and is not intended to provide medical advice or replace your healthcare team. If you are experiencing new, severe, or concerning symptoms, contact your healthcare professional or seek urgent care as appropriate.
KeepnAI is exploring a digital platform that could offer practical support between appointments, such as daily meal ideas adapted to your symptoms and the foods you tolerate, help keeping nutrition and fluids adequate, medication timing reminders, a check for medicines that may slow digestion or interact, symptom tracking, and help identifying when to contact a healthcare professional. The goal would be to complement — not replace — your healthcare team. No specific health benefit is guaranteed, and any medical or medication-related guidance would need appropriate safety review.
To preserve the anonymity of this survey, do not enter your name, email address, or phone number here. The separate form should explain how contact details will be used and should not collect or link back to your survey answers.
