Driver Responsibilities

• Safely transport riders to their scheduled destinations.
• Complete all required shift forms.
• Follow assigned routes.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.
• Report any vehicle, rider, or safety concerns immediately.

Daily Workflow

• Pre-Shift Inspection
• Follow assigned route
• Complete End-of-Day Inspection

Rider Policies

• Treat riders with respect.
• Expect respectful behavior in return.
• Riders must be seated with seat belts fastened within one minute of entering.
• Maximum two-minute wait per stop (unless otherwise directed).
• Do not argue with riders; report concerns to management.

Safety Standards

• Follow all traffic laws.
• Wear your seat belt.
• Ensure riders wear seat belts.
• Never use a handheld phone while driving.
• Use GPS only when safely mounted.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Communicate courteously.
• Protect rider privacy.
• Zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment.
• No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal drugs while on duty.

Vehicle Care

• Keep the vehicle clean at all times.
• Report maintenance needs immediately.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections.

Emergencies & Incidents

• Safety is your priority.
• Contact emergency services when appropriate.
• Notify dispatch as soon as safely possible.
• Complete an Incident Report before ending your shift.
