At The Midlife Mentors, we've spent the last decade helping thousands of people navigate the challenges and opportunities of midlife.

But despite more health information than ever before, many people still feel tired, overwhelmed, confused about what actually works, or unsure where to focus.

That's why we're launching The Midlife Health Report 2026.

We're gathering insights from men and women over 40 to better understand what's really happening in midlife today - from energy, sleep and hormones to weight, strength, stress, confidence and healthy ageing.

The findings will help shape future education, coaching programmes, podcast episodes and, where there's a genuine need, science-backed products designed specifically for people in midlife.

The survey takes around 4 minutes, and every response helps us build a clearer picture of what midlife really looks like today.
