I'd like to learn a particular song or two.

I'm mostly looking for some new exercises, tricks, or ideas to add to my playing.

I’m self taught but my abilities feel disconnected, I want help bringing everything together.

I want to improve a specific area of my playing, such as technique, improvisation, musicianship, or fretboard knowledge.

I'm pursuing a larger musical goal—performing, recording, auditioning, composing, or reaching an advanced level of musicianship.

I'm relatively new to guitar and want to develop correctly from the beginning rather than having to undo bad habits later.

I'd prefer to keep moving forward — I’m taking lessons to learn new things, not revisit old things.

I'd want to understand why it matters before deciding whether it's worth revisiting.

If the reasoning made sense, I'd be willing to work on it even if it temporarily felt like I was moving backward.

That's exactly the kind of thing I'm hiring an expert to identify. If something fundamental is holding me back, I want to fix it properly.

Put it aside until my next lesson so I don't practice it incorrectly.

Keep repeating it until it eventually starts working.

Experiment with different approaches and try to understand what's causing the problem.

Review what my teacher gave me, troubleshoot it myself, and come to the next lesson with specific questions if I'm still stuck.

Challenge me, identify deficiencies I can't see, and give me strategies to correct those deficiencies.

Teach me what I want to learn, when I want to learn it — that's why I'm paying them.

Give me specific goals for my upcoming practice, which they expect me to meet.

I'm mostly researching my options right now

I’m comfortable investing $500+ per month

I could make a $500+ monthly investment if I felt confident it was the right fit

I’m comfortable investing in my guitar, but I’m looking for a lower-cost option.

I'm not currently in a position to invest at that level

Yes, I agree. This is important to me, I’ll be there.

I’m honestly still not sure if I’ll be able to attend
