Stage 1 - Exploratory Survey

This is a personal, informal crowdsourcing project, not an academic study, medical research or an attempt to prove any particular belief or that a spirital explanation exists.
When completing this survey, please try to ensure that any experiences you describe are your own, rather than something you have read about or been told about. Don't try to make your experience fit the questions if doing so compromises its authenticity. Differences and complete non-matches are as useful to me as similarities.
Please don't include anything identifying such as your full name or address.
I may later summarise themes across anonymous responses. Adults aged 18+ only. Unless indicated otherwise, questions are optional.

For this survey, we're focusing on experiences that involve an awareness of existing before conception or an experience between-lives, rather than past-life memories on their own.
