UKK – Operations & Reporting Staff

We’re looking for a Operations & Reporting Staff (UKK) to support our regulatory reporting and risk-monitoring functions. You will handle customer due-diligence, monitor high-risk/PEP accounts, review transactions, and help prepare key reports such as LTKM, DTTOT, and SIPESAT. You’ll also manage and analyze operational data margin reports, production data, and risk findings to produce accurate weekly and monthly updates for management and regulators. This role works closely with internal teams and authorities to resolve issues and ensure risk-mitigation actions are carried out, while maintaining strict confidentiality. Ideal for detail-oriented candidates with strong data skills and an interest in compliance or financial operations.

Responsibilities

1. Process operational and compliance data, preparing key reports such as CDD, EDD, LTKM, DTTOT, SIPESAT, and filings via goAML.

2. Monitor customer information and transactions (including PEP and high-risk profiles) to identify potential risks and ensure accuracy for PPATK and regulatory requirements.

3. Coordinate with internal teams and regulators to resolve issues, support data requests (OJK, PPATK, Pajak), and maintain strict confidentiality of financial records.

Skills & Experience

1. Advanced Excel proficiency is a must (Query, Lookups, Pivot Tables, Dashboards). 2. Strong, meticulous data entry and data processing skills. 3. Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading) is a strong advantage. 3. A strong interest or experience in the financial industry (fintech, investment, futures, crypto, or banking) is a major plus. 4. Familiarity with , PPATK processes, or systems such as , is a strong advantage (experience not mandatory).
