The Jack Miller Project Library contains primary source materials gathered during Mike Graham's doctoral research. Access is granted on a per-document basis — requests for the collection as a whole cannot be accommodated. Please identify the specific documents you need before submitting a request.
Requests are reviewed individually. Academic researchers can typically access materials more freely. For other uses, we may need to direct you to the appropriate rights holders depending on the documents involved. When necessary, requests may be redirected to The Library at Westminster Theological Seminary, The PCA Historical Center, Serge, the Miller family, or other appropriate custodians.
By submitting this form, I request access to materials from The Jack Miller Project Collection and agree to the following:
1. Reproduction of any materials in the collection in any format for any purpose is prohibited by The Jack Miller Project.
2. Permission from the copyright holder is required when quoting from published works at a length of over 1,000 total words, or 400 words in a single quote.
3. Quotes from unpublished materials and small published works cannot be "substantial."
4. The copyright of unpublished material belongs to the creator(s) and in the case of a letter, it belongs to the sender or those to whom the rights passed after the sender's death.
5. It is solely the researcher's responsibility to obtain all necessary permissions from all copyright holders in order to include copyrighted material in any published format.
6. Written permission is required from Michael Graham, Director of The Jack Miller Project, to quote from any materials in The Jack Miller Project Collection.
7. Material in the collection is to be documented and credited as follows: The Jack Miller Project, Box [Insert Box #], File [Insert File #], Archives and Special Collections, Library at Southeastern, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, North Carolina.
8. Access approval expires six months after date of request. If further access is desired, a new request must be submitted.
