Whether you're preparing for your first HYROX, chasing a personal best, competing in Pro, or racing Doubles, your programming is designed around your current ability, recovery capacity, and race goals.

This system is built for athletes willing to train with purpose.

You will be expected to:

• Train with intent

• Follow your programming consistently

• Respect recovery and adaptation

• Embrace discomfort and trust the process

This is for participants who want to perform at a higher level—not simply work out.
