This is structured performance training designed to close the gap between your fresh pace and your compromised pace.
You will be pushed physically and mentally.
You will be expected to:
- Train with intent
- Follow programming exactly
- Be consistent, even when it’s uncomfortable
This is for individuals who are serious about improving — not just “working out.”
