I use an app (Clue, Flo, Natural Cycles, etc.).

I keep track in a journal or on a calendar. 

How do you currently track your cycle? 

Wellness features, informational content.

I don't feel attached to my current app, I'd try something else.

Probably not, I have too much history in my current app.

I know when my period is due and that's about it.

It's personalized to my birth chart. My Human Design type, my astrology, all of it.

It knows how I actually live. What I eat, how I move, what my week looks like, and makes recommendations based on that. 

Opening it feels like a ritual. Something I look forward to, not another thing to check.

I can ask it questions about my cycle or my chart and get answers that are actually about me.

It's fine, it wouldn't stop me from trying it out.

Feels too vague, I wouldn't know what it's for.
