B.E.A.T. - Youth Exchange in Rofrano, Italy

Dear candidate for the international youth exchange “B.E.A.T. - Bridging Europe Across Tunes", thank you for your interest in participating in this exciting mobility organized by our Italian partner, Association Cilento Youth Union, in cooperation with Zarika Association and 4 other organizations from Croatia, Spain, Portugal, and Slovenia!


The youth exchange will take place in Rofrano (SA) – Italy, from August 25 to September 4, 2026 (travel days included).

Consent for storing data
These data are stored and used by Zarika Association in an internal database for:
- Sending you information about the project/activity you participate/volunteer/work in;
- Sending you Zarika calls for participants and other opportunities;
- Informing the teams/team members about your profile in a project/activity you participate/volunteer/work in;
- Informing the venue of the activity if adjustment is needed (special diet, disability, etc.);
- Preparing and sending you an invitation letter for a visa when needed for a project/activity;
- Purchasing travel tickets when needed for a project/activity;
- Reimbursing your travel and/or visa costs concerning an activity you participated/volunteered/worked in;
- Cases of emergency when participating/volunteering/working in a project/activity;

The information provided through the application/registration/confirmation forms will not be disclosed, rented, or sold to any third party.
