You can write as much or as little as you would like to answer each question.
Some of these questions may feel hard to answer. ICU memories are powerful and can bring up strong feelings. Please only answer the questions you feel ready for, and think about having someone with you — like a friend, family member, or counsellor — if you need support while you write.
If you would prefer to share your story through art, music, or another format, get in touch directly at theicuarchive@gmail.com and we will be happy to support this.
