Founding GTM - Auto Dealerships

We're re-imagining the sales and service advisor workflows in dealerships. Voice AI built around the human, not bolted on top of broken processes. When advisors love what they do, they deliver the biggest gains: for the customer, the floor, and the board.

The market is validated. The product MVP is ready. Early pilots kicking off. Now we're hiring the first GTM rockstar to host the show, for the next decade.

Who wins in this role:

You're a creator first. You create content from dealership service lanes on your phone, post it the same day, and dealers start finding you by Friday. Your audience compounds. Your inbox fills. Your pipeline builds itself.

You've spent real time in or around the auto world. You speak the language. You don't need a manager. You ship, take feedback, ship again.

You should apply if:

1. You've built an audience from scratch — LinkedIn, TikTok, IG, YouTube, podcast, newsletter. Any platform. The number doesn't matter; the growth curve does. 2. You've spent real time around dealerships (any side: retail, vendor, OEM, F&I, fixed ops, service) 3. You're comfortable being on camera and editing your own content 4. You can travel 2-3 days/week to dealerships

Probably not the right fit if:

1. You've never built your own audience 2. You think content is what marketing handles 3. You need a fully built sales playbook to be effective

The basics, upfront:

1. Comp: $60K–120K base + 20% uncapped commission + meaningful equity. (Wide range because the right skill set is wide.) 2. Where: Work from wherever you're based in the US. Field role — expect 2-3 days/week in dealerships. 3. Who you work with: Directly with me (founder). No layers. I'll be driving to dealerships with you. 4. When: Start ASAP. First interview within a week. 5. Non-negotiables: Kind. Hungry. Badass.
