Experience & Fit

This is an independent contractor role, not an employee position. There are no set hours, shifts, or assigned working times. You choose your own schedule, manage your own workflow, and operate independently without supervision or daily check‑ins. This role is best suited for people who are consistently self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to produce reliable results over the long term without supervision, reminders, or external structure. If you need structure, fixed hours, or someone telling you what to do each day, this will not be a good fit. Are you comfortable working this way?

Logistics & Fit

Do you currently have: quiet private space, reliable high‑speed internet, and working headset/phone setup?

This role does NOT provide: • airtime • phone numbers • calling apps • subscriptions • tools • reimbursements of any kind
All callers MUST use their own calling setup. Do you fully confirm that you will cover your own calling costs and use your own tools?

This role does not include training or coaching. You will be operating independently from day one. Do you confirm that you already have the skills to work this way?

This role is 100% commission‑only (no base, no hourly, no guaranteed minimum). Compensation is based entirely on your results. You earn 10% commission only when a deal closes from an appointment you booked — the closer handles the closing. Earnings are unlimited because there is no cap on how many appointments you can book. Depending on the project price, commissions typically range from around $50–$1,000 per closed client. Are you comfortable with that?

Before full access, we usually start with a short 7‑day trial window so you can try the workflow and see if it fits what you’re looking for. There’s no hourly or training pay — compensation is commission‑only. Any commissions earned from leads or appointments you generate during the trial, if they result in closed deals, are still paid normally. Are you comfortable with this?
