To host an event, start by submitting your idea below. We’ll review it to make sure it fits the spirit of Welcome Week. If approved, you’ll be asked to create a Luma event page, which we’ll add to the
official Welcome Week calendar.
You don’t need everything finalized yet. It’s completely fine if some details are still TBD (such as the venue, time, or marketing copy). What we mainly need right now is the concept!
You are welcome to submit more than one event, just fill out the form separately for each.
It's ok if the title changes later.
E.g. "Founder breakfast" or "Grũnerløkka neighborhood walking tour"
