To host an event, start by submitting your idea below. We’ll review it to make sure it fits the spirit of Welcome Week. If approved, we'll use this info to create your Luma event and add it to the
official Welcome Week calendar.
You don’t need everything finalized yet. It’s completely fine if some details are still TBD (such as the venue, time, or marketing copy). You'll be able to make any changes yourself to the Luma event after it's created.
You are welcome to submit more than one event, just fill out the form separately for each.
It's ok if the title changes later.
