We review partnership inquiries on a rolling basis. To be included in the primary Season 8 activation plan, please confirm partnership commitments by September 30, 2026. We may continue to consider suitable event support and in-kind opportunities through Festival Week, subject to availability and operational needs.
PARTNERSHIP TIERS — SEASON 8
SIGNATURE PARTNER — $5,000+ or equivalent in-kind support: For major commitments (e.g. primary venue support, full festival transport, lead financial sponsorship). Recognition may include: Top billing across all festival materials and signage, on-stage recognition at Grenada Night (Oct 18), a dedicated social media feature, and VIP passes for Festival Week.
FESTIVAL PARTNER — $1,500–$4,999 or equivalent in-kind support: For mid-level support (e.g. equipment or production services, media/promotional support). Recognition may include: Logo placement on the festival program and event signage, a social media mention, and standard Festival Week passes.
COMMUNITY PARTNER — $500–$1,499 or equivalent in-kind support: For single-category or smaller-scale support (e.g. transportation, one-event support, community programming). Recognition may include: Name listed in the program and on-site signage, plus general admission passes.
CURRENT PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
• Grenada Night, Oct 18 (approx. 150 guests) — venue setup, catering, entertainment/production support
• Community Night — support for a free public film screening, bringing cinema directly to residents who may not otherwise attend Festival Week
• AV equipment — sound and projection/screening equipment for festival screenings and events
• Pre-Festival Marketing Displays & On-Site Digital Boards
