By registering for and participating in Corporate Clash: The Backyard Challenge 2026 ("the Event"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1.Assumption of Risk — I understand that this Event involves physical exertion, weighted equipment, and competitive activity, and that participation carries inherent risk of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, fatigue, and other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2.Fitness to Participate — I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, or I have disclosed any relevant condition to the organizers prior to the Event.
3.Release of Liability — I release the event organizers, coaching staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
4.Medical Treatment — I consent to receive first aid or emergency medical treatment on-site if required, at my own expense beyond basic first aid.
5.Media Consent — I consent to being photographed or filmed during the Event, and to the use of such media for promotional purposes by the organizers.
6.Rules Compliance — I agree to follow all event rules, movement standards, and instructions given by judges, coaches, and event staff.
