The submission window will be open through September 1st, 2026.
Following the close of submissions, our Selection Committee will meet in mid-September to review all proposals and develop the tentative conference schedule.
Once the selection process has been completed, every applicant will receive an email notifying them of their proposal status, whether selected or not selected.
