LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED!
Your booking includes only the space selected at the time of reservation:
• Play Studio
• Play Loft
• Studio + Loft
If you booked only the Play Studio or Play Loft, another party or open-play guests may be using the other side of the facility.
You are responsible for ensuring that your guests remain within your booked party space and respect any shared areas and boundaries.
I understand which party space I booked and agree to keep my guests within that space.

Your celebration, decorating and personal setup must stay within your booked party time unless another arrangement has been confirmed by The Mini Bounce.
Please ensure all guests, decorations, food and personal belongings are removed promptly at the end of your booking so we can prepare the space for our next guests.
A fee of $30 for every 15 minutes will be charged if your group remains past the scheduled end time.
I understand that setup and decorating are part of my booked time and agree to leave promptly when my party ends.

If you are bringing your own decorations, only Mini Bounce approved décor may be used.
Nothing may be attached to walls, play equipment, furniture or fixtures using tape, adhesives, hooks, nails, tacks or similar materials.
Piñatas, confetti and glitter are not permitted. Cakes, icing, decorations or other items containing heavy dyes that may stain the space or equipment are also not allowed.
Electrical outlets are not guaranteed near your setup area, so please plan accordingly.
I understand and agree to follow The Mini Bounce decorating rules.

FOOD, DRINKS AND PARTY BITES
Any outside food or drinks brought into The Mini Bounce are the responsibility of the Party Host, including their preparation, storage, handling and suitability for guests.
The Mini Bounce is not responsible for allergic reactions, foodborne illness or injuries resulting from outside food or beverages.
Please bring any serving essentials you may need, including plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, serving utensils and a cake knife.
Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Alcohol may only be supplied and served by The Mini Bounce when covered by a valid liquor licence.
I accept responsibility for all outside food and drinks and agree to follow The Mini Bounce alcohol policy.

Our team will complete the full cleaning and reset after your celebration, but Party Hosts are responsible for leaving the space reasonably tidy.
Before leaving, please:
• Dispose of garbage in the provided bins
• Take all food, decorations and personal belongings with you
• Return toys and play items to their proper areas
• Place loose balls back into the ball pits
• Clean up any large spills or notify our team immediately
Excessive mess requiring additional cleaning may result in extra charges.
I agree to leave the party space reasonably tidy at the end of my booking.

A refundable $75 damage deposit is required before your party. You will receive a separate invoice to complete this payment before your event.
The deposit will be refunded after the party once our team has cleaned and inspected the space, provided everything is a-okay.
Please report any existing damage, safety concerns or issues to our team when you arrive. Damage or concerns identified after your party that were not reported at the beginning may be considered the Party Host’s responsibility.
If there is damage or excessive mess, we will communicate it with you clearly. Any costs exceeding the deposit will be invoiced and must be paid within 10 days.

KIND GUESTS, HAPPY PARTIES
Party Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their guests treat our team, equipment, facility and other visitors with kindness and respect.
Aggressive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Misuse of the facility or equipment may result in repair or replacement charges.
The Mini Bounce may end an event without a refund if the Party Host or their guests repeatedly disregard facility rules or staff instructions.
I accept responsibility for the behaviour of my guests and agree to ensure they respect The Mini Bounce, our team and others.

WAIVERS FOR EVERY LITTLE GUEST
Every participating child must have a completed Mini Bounce Participation Waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian before entering the play areas.
The Party Host is responsible for sharing the waiver link with guests before the celebration and helping ensure all waivers are completed.
Any child without a completed waiver will not be permitted to participate until their parent or legal guardian provides one.
I agree to share the Participation Waiver with my guests and understand that every participating child requires a completed waiver.

PARTY HOST RESPONSIBILITY
By hosting an event at The Mini Bounce, I accept responsibility for my booking, my guests and compliance with the terms of this Party Host Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless The Mini Bounce, its owners, employees, contractors and representatives from claims, damages, injuries or losses arising from the event, except where prohibited by law.
I agree to be responsible for costs or claims resulting from my actions, my guests’ actions, misuse of the facility or failure to follow this agreement.
I have read, understand and voluntarily agree to this release and acceptance of responsibility.

By signing below, I confirm that I am the Party Host responsible for this booking at The Mini Bounce, located at 634 King Street East, Cambridge, Ontario.
I acknowledge that I have read, understood and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Party Host Agreement.
