While we will strive to accommodate all requests to ensure children are comfortable during the lunch and tea time at the Summit, we are currently able to support only vegetarian requests. Data privacy is of the utmost importance to us. If you do NOT want your student / child to appear in marketing photos or event footage please indicate it here and we will give your child a wristband on the day of the event to let our videographers know.

Do you have any questions to submit for our keynote speaker?
The keynote speech will be delivered by Ms. Ashly Lam, Assistant Director, Cyber Strategy and Capabilities Development, Cybercrime Directorate, INTERPOL.
We will reserve time at the end of the keynote speech to ask Ms. Lam between 8 and 10 student-sourced questions about cybersafety, AI ethics, digital wellbeing, and technology for good in general.

Optional Offer: Y7+ Students Staying at Wycombe Abbey Boarding House
Will any of your children be accepting Wycombe Abbey's offer to stay at their boarding house for 2 nights?
Boarding is offered for free (breakfast included) for students Y7 and up. This is optional and not mandatory. If your child / student would like to stay at the boarding house, we will follow up with you in a separate form with details. Please note that all students who board must be chaperoned by a teacher who has passed a background check and who stays in the boarding house (in a separate room).
Optional Offer: Student Showcase Booth
Schools or independent groups of students can rent a booth space as part of the Student Showcase.
The booth includes 1 or 2 tables and chairs and cost US$150 / booth. Set up the day before or the morning of the event (8am) and pack up after the event end (5pm).
Bring your own materials, displays, prototypes and school marketing banners / tableclothes to showcase a digital wellbeing or AI ethics-related project, concept, or programme and inspire others.
