Refund Policy

Full refunds are available before portrait work begins. Once work has started, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If I am unable to create a satisfactory portrait from your submitted photograph, you will have the opportunity to provide a different photo at no additional charge.

If I am still unable to complete your portrait, you will receive a full refund.
