⭐ Hands-on expertise in outbound sourcing tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
⭐ Strong Boolean search and lead-generation skills.
⭐ Excellent networking, communication, and persuasive ability.
⭐ Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only model.
