It combines two core components:
1. Open Day Experiences
Companies open their doors to a selected group of 20–30 youth with aligned academic or career interests. Participants visit headquarters, join workshops, learn about real job roles, and network directly with professionals. This creates a high-touch environment where young people gain clarity about industries and companies get early access to motivated talent.
2. Skill Accelerator Program
A semester-long program where partners deliver workshops focused on digital skills, AI, Management, business strategy, and other future-ready competencies, and based on these workshops, content is created to help develop youth.
The highlight is the Hackathon, where partners present a real business challenge. Participants have 8–16 hours to create solutions, pitch to company representatives, and compete for prizes. It’s an intense, hands-on learning experience that develops problem-solving, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
A Campus Ambassador is a student who
represents Level Up within their university community, shares our mission, promotes our content and opportunities, and helps more students benefit from the platform.
