Women make up just over 11% of the construction industry, and 4% of construction trade workers in the US. Plenty of us are on crews, running businesses or starting apprenticeships and are navigating an industry that is often set up for the boys.
The Honest Builder is currently building a community for every woman in the trades. It's founded by industry leaders who have built, run and served some of the most successful businesses in the trades, and they want to give back by helping to solve the problems you're facing today. We just need help knowing exactly what to focus on.
Tell us what you're up against and what would help. Your answers will decide what we build.
Fill in the form below for a chance to win 1 of 100 founding memberships to The Honest Builder. It will only take a few minutes.
