Own the company's technical foundation from architecture decisions to production delivery. Working directly with the Founders, you’ll build across the stack and help shape the product’s engineering direction.
What you’ll build
• Full-stack features: User interfaces, backend services, databases and deployments.
• AI-powered workflows: Document processing, structured extraction and agentic workflows.
• Reliable systems: Permissions, human approvals, evidence-linked outputs and audit trails.
• Customer-facing solutions: Turn real workflow problems into production-ready features, then improve them through user feedback.
What you’ll bring
• Experience shipping products, with clear ownership of what reached production.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills and pragmatic judgment on architecture and technical trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered features beyond basic chatbot integrations, including evaluating quality and handling failures.
• The ability to turn loosely defined problems into working software and take responsibility for its reliability.
