Canvathon Lagos Business Information Form

We’re inviting selected small businesses to take part in Canvathon Lagos, a student design competition where teams will use Canva to solve a real business challenge.

If your business is selected, a participating team will create:
• A one-page brand kit
• A simple landing page
• A social media flyer

The designs will be created as part of the Canvathon Lagos competition and are intended as a practical design exercise. This is not a paid design service or a client-designer contract.

If your business is selected as a challenge partner, we expect to share the completed design package with you within one to two weeks after the event, subject to the event’s judging and review process.

Please complete this form with accurate and up-to-date information. The more useful information you provide, the better the teams can understand your business and create relevant designs.

7. About the Designs

Please read the following before submitting your form.

The designs created for your business are student competition submissions created as part of Canvathon Lagos. Participation does not create a client-designer contract between your business and the participating teams.

The organisers will make the completed design package available to selected challenge partners after the event. The organisers do not guarantee that every submitted concept will be suitable for commercial use or that editable/source files will be provided.

If you choose to use, edit, publish or commercially use any design after the event, you are responsible for checking that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all elements, images, fonts, logos, content and other materials included in the final design.

8. Privacy Notice

The information and materials you provide through this form will be used to:
