Mission
Be the operational backbone of the company as it scales: books clean, office running, team supported. You own finance operations and administration end to end, nothing falls through the cracks.
What you will do
• Own the end-to-end invoicing cycle, inbound and outbound: issuing, payment tracking, collections follow-up, payment runs
• Run pre-accounting: collect, verify and organise financial documents; ensure correct classification in our accounting tools
• Coordinate the monthly close with our external accountants; support VAT processes and Luxembourg compliance
• Prepare payroll inputs and support cash and budget follow-up
• Handle HR administration: contracts, onboarding and offboarding, absence tracking
• Own office and administrative operations: contract and document workflows (signature, archiving), suppliers, insurance, structured and audit-ready documentation across our systems
• Build the processes as the team grows: what you set up becomes the standard
Who you are
• 2–5 years in finance operations, accounting or administration, ideally in a startup, scale-up or SME
• Ownership mindset: you treat company operations as your own and follow things through
• Rigorous, organized, and discreet with sensitive financial and HR information
• Comfortable with numbers and tools (Excel/Sheets, accounting and HR software)
• Comfortable building structure where there isn't any yet
• English and French fluent

At LEKO Labs, that is what we do. We develop a new generation of building systems made of bio-based materials, digitally designed and manufactured by robots. They replace up to 75% of concrete, use up to 60% less wood than traditional mass-timber solutions, store carbon, and directly integrate the building's insulation.
Produced off-site in Luxembourg, our systems arrive on site ready to assemble. We are turning construction from a site-based process into an industrial one, without standardizing architecture.
Already deployed in Luxembourg, Belgium and France, LEKO is now entering its acceleration phase.
