About Company
Codar Tech Africa is looking to hire a Head of Sales to lead their sales strategy and sales a team. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of the sales landscape, particularly in B2C environments, and a knack for driving high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in mentoring, setting ambitious goals, and consistently delivering results.
• Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to drive revenue and growth
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting KPIs and driving performance
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain key client/stakeholder relationships
• Monitor sales metrics, forecast targets, and report performance to executive leadership
• At least 5 to 6 years of experience in high-level Sales
• B2C leadership quality of a team of over 60 Telemarketers
• In-depth understanding of the psychology of sales
• Excellent Sales leadership skills
• Strict adherence to team and individual KPIs
• Work experience in reputable organisations driving high-level conversion
• Experience in the Edtech industry is an added advantage.
